Daven for someone you've never met.
A couple, somewhere, is waiting for a yeshuah. Take their names and daven for them by name, every day for 40 days or every Friday for 40 weeks.
A name goes in.
A couple adds their Hebrew names, each with their mother's. They get a PIN and nothing else is asked of them. The names wait their turn, quietly, for up to 280 days. They are never shown to anyone but the person davening for them.
Someone takes it.
The name that has waited longest goes to the next davener who is ready. One name each. A reminder comes at the hour you choose, by email, until your time with the name is done.
Good news comes back.
When there is a simcha, they call in with their PIN. Everyone who ever davened for them hears the besuros tovos.
Every day, with a daily reminder. When the 40 days are up, their names pass to the next davener and you can take another.
Every Friday at candle lighting, for the length of a pregnancy. Each week comes with a card to print and keep for Shabbos.
